Back to Mahone Bay, the Bluenose, Maritime Museum, and Lobster Dinner

After a very crazy, actually scary storm last nite, that left many of the adults (not Jord) sleepless, we embarked a little later than normal on a very full day! We had high winds and rain, that made us wonder if we would be swept out to the ocean in our trailers. We had to search this morning for one of our mats that had blown away! After coffee, we left for Mahone bay, picked up a few more souvenirs. We all found the pewter store and demonstration very cool! Back to the house for lunch and nap time. We toured the Bluenose II, as it is being rebuilt. The kids had a blast at the Fisheries museum, as you can see the halibut swimming up to Quinn was not shy at all!  The highlight of the day was for sure the Lunenburg Fish Company where the kids got to pick out our 6 lobsters for dinner, and hold up the monster lobster! Back at the house I think the lobsters actually wanted to end up in the pot, as we all took turns posing with them! Emmett removed the first from the pot, and Quinn tried lobster for the very first time! We had an incredible feast!
